Websites (Sites): Delivered as a code repository or deployed project. Upon final handover and payment, you own the code and content for your specific instance.

Software (Apps): Provided as-is or as a service, governed by the specific license agreement included with the software (e.g., Chronos).

3. Intellectual Property

Client Content: You retain full rights to the content you put into your website.

Nextbyrd Tools: We retain rights to our underlying frameworks, templates, and internal tools used to build your project, granting you a perpetual, non-exclusive license to use them for your project.

4. Limitation of Liability

Nextbyrd provides products "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.
